Fertility Acupressure (Qu Chi)

Instructions

  1. Bend your arm. Locate your Qu Chi point on the outer side of your arm about 1-2cm from your elbow.
  2. Your Qu Chi point is at the end of the wrinkle where your elbow join.
  3. Begin massage by applying pressure with circular clockwise motions for a minute. Then repeat counterclockwise for a minute on your Qu Chi point.
  4. Repeat on the other arm.
  5. Gradually increase massage duration as you get more comfortable with it. The longer you endure, the better the result.
